DERA ISMAIL KHAN: An officer of the Frontier Corps (South) met with residents of Zrorkai and Sarang Khel in the Mantoi Valley of South Waziristan as part of a community engagement initiative, focusing on local issues, needs, and the overall situation in the area.

During the meeting, local elders and residents outlined the challenges posed by the harsh winter, requesting warm clothing and essential medicines for vulnerable families struggling with falling temperatures.

In response, FC South authorities arranged the distribution of ration packages, warm clothing, and medical supplies to deserving households. The assistance was widely appreciated by the community.

Residents expressed gratitude to the Frontier Corps (South) for their support and continued presence, reaffirming their commitment to maintaining peace and stability in the region. They pledged full cooperation with security forces in future initiatives.

The visit and relief distribution strengthened trust between the local population and the security forces, highlighting FC South’s efforts to address community needs with care and efficiency.
