DERA ISMAIL KHAN: Deputy Commissioner Abdul Nasir Khan personally contacted citizens regarding complaints submitted through the provincial “Ikhtiar Awam Ka” portal, providing updates on the progress and resolution of their issues.
The initiative, carried out under the directives of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government, is part of the district administration’s efforts to ensure prompt redressal of public grievances. Abdul Nasir Khan called complainants directly to inform them of actions taken and to gather feedback on their satisfaction with the resolution process.
In some cases, contact could not be established as mobile numbers provided were either inactive or switched off. The district administration has urged citizens to provide correct and active contact details when registering complaints to ensure timely and effective resolution of their concerns.
