QUETTA: Security forces said they had killed 15 militants during ongoing intelligence-based operations under Operation Radd-ul-Fitna-3 in several districts of Balochistan.
According to details released by the security forces, the operations were conducted in Mastung, Bolan, Washuk, Awaran, Sibi, Khuzdar, Harnai and Nushki districts. The operations were launched on the basis of intelligence reports about the presence and movement of militants in the areas.
The security forces said the operations targeted militant hideouts, support networks and other positions used by armed groups. The action was aimed at disrupting militant activity and limiting the movement of militants across the province.
