DERA ISMAIL KHAN: A vibrant Mina Bazaar was organized at the Government Polytechnic Institute for Women, Dera Ismail Khan, with Principal Dr. Bela Khan Kundi attending as the chief guest. The event drew a large gathering of students, teachers, distinguished guests, and children.

Colorful and interactive stalls featured mehndi designs, jewelry, children’s garments, calligraphy, arts and crafts, and various homemade products, all managed by the students. Visitors praised the creativity, skills, and entrepreneurial spirit displayed by the participants.

The event also included musical chairs competitions and tableau performances by children, adding to the festive atmosphere.

Speaking to the attendees, Principal Dr. Bela Khan Kundi said such educational and practical activities prepare students for real-world challenges, helping them build self-confidence, teamwork, entrepreneurial skills, and self-employment capabilities. She highlighted that the institute plays an active role in equipping students with modern technical skills, enabling them to become self-reliant in the future.

Dr. Kundi also expressed gratitude to KP TEVTA Managing Director Mansoor Qaiser for his support and patronage, noting that such initiatives help bring students’ hidden talents to the forefront and provide opportunities for skill enhancement and personal development.
