DERA ISMAIL KHAN: On the instructions of Deputy Commissioner Abdul Nasir Khan, Assistant Commissioner Paharpur Dr Hamid visited the local Service Delivery Center (SDC) to evaluate its performance and gather direct public feedback.
During the visit, citizens expressed overall satisfaction with the timely provision of government services. Dr Hamid instructed staff to promptly address pending applications and personally listened to individual concerns, issuing on-the-spot directives to resolve issues without delay.
The Assistant Commissioner also received a briefing from the Girdawar on the centre’s overall performance. Staff were explicitly directed to provide services impartially and efficiently, with zero tolerance for touts or unofficial recommendations. Unauthorized individuals present during the inspection were removed immediately, and stricter measures were ordered to prevent such disruptions in the future.
