TURBAT: A woman identified as Shahnaz from Turbat has been disowned by her family, who said they have no connection with her alleged involvement with “Fitna-e-Hindustan” activities.
According to her mother, Shahnaz moved to Oman at a young age and has had no contact with the family for nearly 12 years. She added that Shahnaz’s father passed away when she was only nine months old.
The mother said the family had no knowledge of any extremist activity or links with any banned organisation.
A relative also issued a separate statement distancing the family from Shahnaz’s actions, saying they had no association with any of her alleged conduct or activities.
The family reiterated that they are peaceful Pakistani citizens and have always respected the law and state institutions.
