SUKKUR: A tragic incident in Gulab Bangwar village near Bakhshapur, under the jurisdiction of Ghabllo Police Station in Kashmore-Kandhkot, left four people dead, including two women and a seven-year-old boy, while one person was critically injured.

According to initial reports, the suspect, identified as Jatoi Bangwar, described as an addict and beggar, visited his cousin’s home where a dispute arose after the family prevented him from begging. The disagreement escalated, and he allegedly opened indiscriminate fire with a Kalashnikov inside the house.

Those killed on the spot included Rahim Bakhsh Bangwar, a guest at the house; Ali Gul, a seven-year-old child; and two women, Zamiran Khatoon and Toudi Khatoon. Hayat alias Dado Bhangwar was seriously injured and initially taken to Civil Hospital Kandhkot before being shifted to Sukkur in critical condition. The suspect fled the scene after the attack.
