KARACHI: The People’s Labour Bureau Karachi Division has officially announced its organisational structure, with a formal notification issued in this regard.
An introductory meeting of the Pakistan People’s Party Labour Bureau District West private sector was held at the office of Town Chairman Manghopir Haji Nawaz Ali Brohi. The meeting was attended by District West President Abid Hussain Satti, Information Secretary Ali Akbar Kachilo and other party leaders.
According to the notification, Muhammad Aslam Samoon was appointed as president. Other office bearers included Abdul Razaq Kachilo as senior vice president, Muhammad Faisal Sheikh as vice president, Muhammad Ibrahim as first vice president, Saleem Sarwar as second vice president and Kausar Iqbal Soomro as general secretary.
Rukhsana Naz Begum was appointed deputy general secretary, Sonia Hussain information secretary, Muhammad Ali Raja Jokhio deputy information secretary, Zakir record and events secretary, Noorang contact secretary and Imam Ali finance secretary.
General Secretary Kausar Iqbal Soomro expressed gratitude to the leadership and pledged to carry out responsibilities with integrity. The ceremony concluded with congratulations to the newly appointed members and a commitment to collective efforts for labour rights.
