KHAIRPUR: Barrister Hallar Wassan, a Member of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh, visited SOS Children’s Village Khairpur and reaffirmed his commitment to community welfare and social development.
During the visit, he was given a detailed tour of the facility, where he reviewed the living conditions, environment and the holistic care being provided to children. He stressed the importance of collective responsibility and assured continued support for the village and its initiatives.
Barrister Hallar Wassan also visited the SOS Community School, where he interacted with students and encouraged them to focus on their education and work towards a better future. He took keen interest in the learning environment and appreciated the quality of education being provided.
He praised the dedication of the SOS management and volunteers, saying their efforts were reflected in the confidence and wellbeing of the children. He said such institutions played an important role in shaping responsible and empowered citizens.
The visit concluded on a positive note, strengthening ties between public leadership and community welfare efforts, and reinforcing a shared commitment to care, support and opportunity for every child.
