DADU: A special meeting was held under the chairmanship of SSP Dadu, Captain (retd) Sadam Hussain Khaskheli, in which all SDPOs, SHOs, CIA officials and in-charges of other relevant branches of the district participated.
During the meeting, a detailed review was conducted of ongoing operations against drugs, gutka, mawa and other organised crimes in the district. An effective strategy was also devised to eliminate these illegal activities.
On the occasion, officers were directed to take impartial action against elements involved in illegal activities and to ensure that no leniency was shown in this regard.
The SSP Dadu instructed that operations against drug dealers and other criminal elements be intensified and that the set targets in this respect be achieved.
He emphasised that all available resources would be utilised to ensure the rule of law and that any form of support or patronage for illegal activities would not be tolerated. He said strict action would be taken against those involved.
The SSP also directed officers to perform their professional duties with honesty and dedication and to ensure the protection of life and property of the public at all costs.
