KARACHI: The Sindh Employees Social Security Institution (SESSI) has officially launched a Help Desk to provide workers and employers across Sindh with faster, transparent, and more accessible services. The initiative aims to offer information on services, register complaints, and provide immediate guidance, reducing the need for unnecessary office visits.
The SESSI Commissioner said the desk would streamline complaint resolution and ensure timely access to information. “We are taking practical steps to modernize the institution and improve service delivery in line with contemporary requirements,” the statement read.
The Help Desk is part of SESSI’s broader efforts to enhance public service standards, improve transparency, and support registered workers with medical and financial facilities efficiently.
