CAIRO: Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty departed for Pakistan to take part in high-level diplomatic engagements focused on escalating regional tensions.
According to the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Abdelatty’s visit comes amid growing concerns over instability in the broader Middle East, with key stakeholders seeking coordinated responses to unfolding developments.
During his visit, the Egyptian foreign minister is expected to participate in an important consultative meeting aimed at addressing regional security challenges and enhancing diplomatic cooperation.
He is also scheduled to hold bilateral meetings with his counterparts from Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey. The discussions are likely to focus on de-escalation efforts, strengthening political dialogue, and exploring joint strategies to promote stability in the region.
