The decision was taken with the approval of Vice Chancellor Dr Khalid Iraqi and communicated through an official notification issued by the university administration.
According to the notification, teaching will be conducted in two shifts on the designated days to accommodate students from both morning and evening programmes. The morning session will run from 9am to 5pm, while evening classes will be held from 3:30pm to 9pm.
The university has directed all teaching and non-teaching staff to strictly follow the schedule and ensure their presence on campus, stressing the need to maintain continuity in both academic instruction and administrative operations.
Department heads, directors and other officials have also been instructed to oversee the implementation of the revised schedule and make all necessary arrangements to facilitate smooth functioning on the selected days.
The notification said the arrangement would remain in place until further orders, indicating that the university may review or revise the schedule depending on future circumstances.
