KARACHI: A ceremony was held at the SSP City Office Karachi to mark “Maarka-e-Haq”, where speakers paid tribute to Pakistan’s armed forces for what they described as a strong response to an enemy on 9 and 10 May 2025.
The event’s chief guest, Aslam Polani, general secretary of the Wholesale Market Pharma Organisation, said in his address that Pakistan’s armed forces had given a decisive response and praised the Pakistan Air Force, saying its “Shaheen” pilots had thwarted hostile intentions.
Speakers also praised the performance of the Pakistan Air Force and the Pakistan Army, saying the country’s defence had been carried out with bravery and professionalism, and that the nation remained proud of its forces.
Tributes were also expressed in relation to the role of the Army Chief, Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, and the overall performance of the military leadership, particularly the coordination between the armed forces.
At the end of the ceremony, special prayers were offered for the security and stability of Pakistan and for the continued success of its armed forces.
Participants raised slogans in support of the army and the country, including chants of “Pakistan Army Zindabad” and “Pakistan Zindabad”.
